The Taipei Tsai Hsueh-Ni Charity Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") was established in 1988 by Hsueh-Ni Tsai through her personal donations. The Foundation was born from Hsueh-Ni Tsai profound and invaluable life experiences.In Hsueh-Ni Tsai's memories, her mother was a great philanthropist, always eager to help others. Her mother's active involvement in the Women's Federation, tirelessly serving the public with a spirit of sacrifice and dedication, deeply influenced Hsueh-Ni Tsai and became her greatest source of strength and guidance.After fainting unexpectedly and realizing the urgency and importance of timely ambulance assistance, Hsueh-Ni Tsai began donating ambulances following the establishment of the foundation.To date, 30 ambulances and rehabilitation buses, along with one vehicle for elderly individuals with disabilities and one transport vehicle for rural students, have been donated. Hsueh-Ni Tsai charitable actions and selfless dedication bring hope and a brighter future to countless people in crisis.

In order to help economically disadvantaged families, provide public welfare and shared learning opportunities for elderly patients in low-income and middle-income households who need care or who are interested in working as home care workers.

Donated 13 new assistive devices to the Huashan Foundation and held a Double Ninth Festival Respect for the Elderly activity to lead the elderly to climb high and see far away.

Donated 63 new assistive devices to the Taipei City Social Affairs Bureau so that more elderly people and people with disabilities in need can receive practical support.
